For technical and safety information on the GreenSlope™ Adhesive, please refer to the product’s description here.

GreenSlope is a roof leveling compound used to fill low areas on flat rooftops to eliminate water ponding areas. It can be installed on any roof type to slope a flat roof for proper water drainage.

Made from lightweight recycled materials, GreenSlope can be applied to the roof surface to fill low areas where water pools in flat rooftops. It comes in a do-it-yourself kit that can be installed on any roof type to bring the roof back to it’s original slope, eliminating problematic water ponding areas. When the material cures, the texture and bond strength is similar to that of professional running tracks and playground surfaces — built to withstand harsh weathering conditions as well as foot traffic. This option can help extend the lifespan of a roof at a fraction of time & cost it takes to install a new drain or tapered insulation.

GreenSlope can be used in a variety of practical scenarios including around low inner drains, near low scuppers and gutter edges, as walk pads, pitch pan filler, protection around curbs, HVAC crickets, beneath liquid-based waterproof membranes and more.

GreenSlope can be tapered to just about any reasonable depth. For larger and deeper areas, you can add insulation to the roof surface before applying to achieve the most lightweight and efficient tapering solution.

GreenSlope is not self-leveling. A trowel must be used to spread and level the material. It can also be built up and sloped to redirect water towards drainage areas.

GreenSlope is made from recycled post-consumer products; a blend of special binders, fine mesh crumb rubber and admixtures into a resourceful re-purposing of materials that otherwise may end up in landfills, illegal stockpiles or dumped in urban and rural areas. The application of recycled EPDM on flat rooftops has proven to be extremely effective and long lasting.

By using recycled materials, GreenSlope™ offers unique advantages that can help drive contractor service sales by opening new doors with prospective clients. Local governments often award contracts to companies using environmentally-friendly recycled products. Using recycled products often helps facility managers meet stringent environmental requirements. The U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) green-building rating system awards points for environmentally friendly construction features. Additionally, contractors and building owners earn LEED points for using building materials that incorporate recycled content materials. Given ponding water is one of the primary concerns most building owners have about their roofs, GreenSlope™ presents an extraordinary opportunity to drive new service sales.
